First bedroom with box-spring bed (2 m width), en-suite bathroom, shower, double washbasin, toilet, terrace exit. Second bedroom with boxspring bed (2 m width), terrace exit. Third bedroom with double bed (2 m width), bathroom with shower, double washbasin, toilet.
Note: when booking for 4 persons, the 3rd bedroom will not be available.

Description
The spacious villa was fully refurbished in 2015 and is located on a pleasant living street, 1 km to the beach. 1.5 km to the village centre of Cala Murada, restaurant and supermarket approximately 700 m. The approx. 1.300 m² spacious and flat garden is mostly fully enclosed, on one side by cypress trees and with fencing on the other sides that gives a private and secluded area.Large lawns surround the pool (8 x 4 m, open all seasons, salt electrolysis cleaning system). The sun terrace around the pool has 6 sun-beds and outdoor shower. Adjacent to the pool terrace, is another terrace with comfortable plastic rattan furniture. BBQ. At the villa has another terrace (approx. 35 m²) with furniture and further lounge suite. The villa is furnished in a modern, elegant and high-quality style. Tiled floors,
sat–tv in the living room and all bedrooms. Hi-fi system, internet connection (Wlan included). Storage room with washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. Safe. Air conditioning. Oil central heating.
Note: smoking in the house is not allowed. The owner does not accept youth adults. Houses are being built in the area. We will send the full address and post code of the villa to you before your departure along with welcome pack.
Location
Cala Murada is located at the south-east coast between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo, 66 km east to Palma. The little village centre of Cala Murada has a supermarket, one hotel, several restaurants and bars, is surrounded by villas and holiday resorts with gardens, green areas and small streets with low traffic. At the beach you will find deck chair rentals, a cafeteria and a beach restaurant.
Pricing
Prices are shown in main menu under Pricing. The Prices are valid per day and villa. The villa is available on date of arrival to 04:00 pm and should be left on day of departure at 10:00 am. Changes according to prior agreement; if possible, we offer you earlier check-in time.
We would like to ask you for a deposit of 20% to our bank account. After receipt of payment, you will receive your obligatory booking confirmation. Please remit the remaining amount 2 weeks for travel start to our bank account.
Prices are inclusive Spanish value added tax of 10%.
Minimum stay is 7 days during the main season.
