Description

The villa is located 60 m to the beach and 40 m to the next supermarket. Pool with 8 sun beds, outdoor shower and large, furnished terrace on both floors, surrounded by a beautiful garden with plants, flowers and trees.

The house is furnished in a modern style, TV sat, WIFI, air conditioning cold/heating.

The golf court of Vall D´or is located only 8 km away.

Smoking in the house is not allowed. The owner does not accept youth adults. We will send the full address and post code to you before your departure along with your welcome pack.

Location

Cala Murada is located at the southeast coast between Porto Colom and Porto Cristo, 66 km east to Palma. The little village centre with a supermarket, one hotel, some restaurants and bars is surrounded by villas and holiday resorts with gardens, green areas and small streets without traffic. At the beach you will find deck chair rentals, cafeteria and a beach restaurant.

Pricing

Prices are valid per day and villa. The villa is available on arrival date at 04:00 pm and should be left on departure day at 10:00 am.
Changes according to prior agreement; if possible, we offer you earlier availability.
We would like to ask you for pre-payment of 20% to our bank account. After receipt of payment, you will receive your obligatory booking confirmation. Please remit the remaining amount 2 weeks for travel start to our bank account.
Prices are including Spanish value added tax of 10%.
Minimum stay is 7 days during the main season.
The General Terms & Conditions apply at all times.

  • Concierge – Service: among other things, restaurant booking, rental car, cap, flights, luggage transportation, tickets for cultural events, Aqualand, as well as all requested demands of the guests (service according to hotel reception)
  • Change of bedding and towels as well as cleaning service weekly or daily on request of the guest possible (will be charged separately)
